FRANCHISE FEE
The one-time Franchise Fee payment is $25,000 to $85,000, depending on the territory
selected. This fee grants you the exclusive rights to the DURAFLOOR names,
trademarks, logos and our proven, professional system, administrative and operational
procedures, concepts and management systems at a specific location. It also includes our cost
of training and initial marketing and operating assistance, all as defined in the
DURAFLOOR Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement.
FRANCHISE ROYALTY FEE
The Franchise Royalty Fee is 7.5% of gross weekly earnings, all as defined in the Franchise
Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement.
